Purchase Policy
Last updated: April 30, 2026
This Purchase Policy applies to paid plans and related purchases on our Service. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
No refunds
All fees are non-refundable. If you have a problem with a charge or the Service, contact us and we will review your case in good faith. As an alternative to refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, credit additional submissions (or equivalent quota on your plan) when we determine that is the fair way to resolve a billing or service issue.
Monthly subscriptions and billing cycle
Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged according to the billing cycle shown at checkout and in your billing portal (for example each month on or around the same calendar date). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing or account tools we provide (including the Stripe customer portal where applicable). When you cancel, you keep the ability to use your plan's remaining included submissions or credits until either those credits are exhausted or your current billing period ends, whichever comes first. After that point, your subscription will not renew and new charges will stop unless you subscribe again.
Taxes
Prices shown on our website and in the product are exclusive of taxes unless we clearly state otherwise. Sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes may be calculated and collected at purchase time based on your location and applicable law, as presented in checkout or your receipt.
Payment failures and chargebacks
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in suspension of your account; we encourage you to contact us first so we can help.
Changes to pricing or plans
We may change plan features or prices from time to time. Where required, we will give notice before changes affect your subscription (for example at renewal). Continued use after a change may constitute acceptance as described in our Terms of Service.
